A Website Manager ,apart for web pages designing and update, should have excellent public relationship skills, which should enable her/him to gather ideas from various sources both internal and external (customer and vendors).

This person based on the interactions with the business should be able to design data collection interfaces. This interface should allow inflow of market and customer data into business strategy and decision-making.

Event management experience would be preferred. Torry Harris participates in trade fairs and shows globally. It needs intense planning, co-ordination and follow-up. It's a six-month long process. This role will need using external resources like web designing companies, media management, advertising, etc.

Need a person who feels comfortable in managing such resources to deliver planned results.

A Rewards Program Manager has to have a deep understanding for customer service and its importance to the business in general. Prior experience with creating or managing a reward program such as a points program in an airline,bank or other agency where the Recall Factor is invoked.
